Entry Requirements
1. Have graduated from high school, and be 18 years old or above;
2. NOT have Chinese nationality under the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China and hold a valid ordinary passport;
3. Be subject to the following additional regulations of BFSU based on Letter No.12 [2020] of the Ministry of Education if they are applying for bachelor's programs:
1) according to the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China, a person whose parent(s) is/are Chinese national(s) and has/have settled abroad, and who has acquired foreign nationality at birth shall not have Chinese nationality. These students, when applying for BFSU bachelor's programs, should have held a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for at least 6 years, and should have stayed in foreign country in the past 6 years as of April 30, 2021 (9 months in a year will be counted as one year and calculation of the duration of stay will be based on the border entry and exit stamps);
2) students who were residents in Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan region before immigrating to a foreign country should be subject to the above regulations as well;
4. Be physically and mentally healthy; meet the physical examination requirements for Chinese Visa and Residence Permit in China as well as the physical examination requirements for BFSU programs so as to ensure their study and life in China;
5. Have no record of discipline violation, of public security punishment or of criminal conduct; be friendly to China and behave well; comply with Chinese laws and university regulations, and respect Chinese customs.
6. High school certificate with a good academic record.
7. HSK-5 (above 180).
